Only problem is that it does not compare the DC with the other version...

This DVD is the same cut of the movie as appeared on Anchor Bay's last "Director's Cut" DVD. Some of the dialogue inexplicably missing from their "Theatrical Cut" DVD is here, but other parts are not. The dialogue where Graham talks about Dollarhyde's childhood is still gone.

Is the theatrical cut available anywhere(overseas) on DVD???

Well, it was released on a widescreen laserdisc in the U.S.

So, if there are no DVDs in other regions, I'm pretty sure there must be "unofficial" discs floating around somewhere...

I believe the real theatrical cut was released on DVD in Europe initially, but that disc is out of print and the current editions are sourced from Anchor Bay's fake "Theatrical Cut" transfer.
