Danny Boyle Movies

Just saw 28 days and loved it, although I know his other movies aren't horror movies. I was just wondering which of his other movies you guys would recommend me checking out?

You have to ask?

Shallow Grave is also brilliant. The Beach is decent, but was horribly mismarketed (it's a love-hate film).

SHALLOW GRAVE is very good and made Boyle and Ewan McGregor known quantities, but TRAINSPOTTING made Boyle, McGregor and Robbie Carlyle world famous.

Neither can I. I get home from work and head over to the mature forum...

I somehow doubt Porno will happen as a film. Ewan wasn't impressed by the book.

Shallow Grave and especially Trainspotting are great films.

He hasn't done anything worthwhile since these 2 films - but I haven't seen his latest yet.

Shallow Grave and Trainspotting are highly recommended, however, as no one has chosen to mention it, A Life Less Ordinary while not quite up to par with these previous two, is still worth the effort to track down and view. The Beach should be avoided like the Bubonic Plague.

I liked The Beach. But not everybody did.

I haven't seen it, but what does everyone see wrong with the beach?

Different style, different setting, letdown ending, Leo's in it... a ton of reasons.

The film's decent, but it got a good redgering over not being as good as Boyle could do.

There's no question that Trainspotting and Shallow Grave are his best efforts to date...but if you enjoy those you s/d also check out the offbeat, Life Less Ordinary.
