DVD Profiler Password?

I went to update my list and found that I had to run the repair program. At the completion of the repair, it prompted me to enter a password. After cancelling out of the prompt, it didn't fix the problem I was having opening Profiler. Anyone else encountered this?

Did you try YOUR Profiler password? Otherwise, I'd say Profiler Tech Support is your next logical step.

I don't recall ever needing or using a password. However, there is a password that I would have used when I set up the account years ago. I'll try that when I get home later.

The default parental control password is "acknowledgement" - maybe give that a try?
