The Darkness - Saviours Of Rock 'n' Roll

Since no-one else has, I thought i'd give a shout-out to The Darkness.

For those of you that don't know them, I can only describe them as 80's hair rock meets Queen meets Andrew WK. The lead single for thier forthcoming album 'Growing On You' is sure to become a classic.

Check them out if you can... you won't be dissapointed.

Has anyone else heard of them?

I've heard of them, I actually saw a video on Subterranean UK on MTV2 (show only aired once). I've also been reading about them through NME.com and I heard a few songs on BBC's Radio 1. And I have to say that I think they suck, they sound (and look) like a bad 80's hair metal band. (I think, sadly, we are all going to experience a revival of this type of music.)

No disrespect to you. They seem to be gaining popularity so there are plenty of people who think like you.
