How do you sell used MMORPG's?
I am not selling the caracters (account), I am wanting to get rid of used games and am selling/trading the game itself. Whatever caracters still remain are your to do with as you please, but I tend to delete them
I have Shadowbane and Asheron's Call 2 that I want to get rid off, but both are used and to play require the account information.
Do you all know how I would go about selling/trading these? I'm not selling the account, I am selling used games that I will never play again. The games have my credit card information and this is where I don't know how to do this, anyone do this before and could tell me how to trade them so that the cdkey can be used but that my credit card information will not be visible to the buyer.

I see Used MMORPG's are EB all the time. Isn't it just the activation that kicks in and is needed? The characters really don't follow along since they are your characters and you have the passwords for them right? so a new installation of the game wouldn't neccesarly mean that your character goes along with them.
on a side note.. why is it that EB leaves key numbers on the FRONT of the cd cases. I was thinking about buying WC3 from the store but then I realize that the key code for the game has been used to death sitting on the front of the case like that for everyone to see.

Can't you delete your characters therefore taking it out of use?

Once a key is active, it is always active. If you "sell" your account everything on that account goes with it. If you delete all your characters the buyer gets an empty account.

EB or any game store that takes in used games will buy them.. of course they will give you crap on the dollar of what the game is actually worth.
