Skipping problems with Samsung HT-DM150 theater system. HELP!
I own the Samsung digital home theater system, model HT-DM150. I don't believe there has EVER been an instance where I've played a DVD and had the player not freeze up in the middle of a frame or skip around.
Does anyone own this particular model and experience the same kind of problems?
Does anyone own a DIFFERENT model and experience these problems?
Furthermore, what about the theory that was once presented to me that my player was TOO CLOSE to my digital cable receiver? I have since changed from digital cable to satellite, and I have experienced the same problems with my satellite receiver in place.
HELP ME! I'm desperate!

Might be a heat issue with the unit not getting enough ventilation. Might also be a defective laser pickup. As for your theory I cant imagine why that would be a problem. I have my sat receiver on top of my dvd player and have never had any problems.
