I'm buying an X-Box soon and I only have enough money left to buy the online expansion pack and one game which you can play online, any suggestions please ? ( I'm not really into sports games though )

You will have 12 months of service from the time that you sign up. As for the game to play, well.. I have yet to find one that I like to play on live. Hope you find one that you enjoy.

If it does not have to be online and you like FPS, then pick up Halo...

I hear Wolfenstein is cool online. I was not all that impressed with the few minutes I played it in Coop mode.

I have MechAssault, but again have not played it online. It's cool so far in campaign mode.

Just got a hold of a copy of Brute Force. Its okay so far, but I'd pick Halo over any one of these I've mentioned.

Halo in campain mode is great, and the system link play is kick a$$.

wolf is more fun on the PC though IMO... that's why I can't say it's tops for Xbox... I think Ghost Recon is better, but I haven't played it in awhile so I don't know if the servers have anyone playing these days.

Wolfenstein is fantastic on Live. I've checked out most of the big games and that is easily the best balance of fun, strategy and competition.
