That's pretty sweet... wonder how much it would be to import one?

... btw, I'm probably the only person here who's never actually touched a Dreamcast machine.

No import ... per liksang.com

There is unfortunately no way for Lik Sang to carry this product as it is infringing several Sega copyrights or patents. It is likely that this is one more weird product that will never be exported and will remain exclusively available in the Hong Kong shopping centers, with a retail price between HK$ 1200 and 1500. But still we thought it was cool enough to make a pause

From the artical mentioned above

A portable Dreamcast has appeared in Hong Kong and is available in several shops. It's called Treamcast (...) and it’s built with original Sega Dreamcast parts, modified to fit into the small case. On the top of the Treamcast you’ll find a built-in LCD screen (like the ones you can plug into a PSOne), which is backlit. There’s a brightness regulator and a volume regulator as well. The Treamcast even comes with speakers and a headphone connector. When you buy a Treamcast, you’ll also get:
A big zip-around nylon bag
Two Treamcast marked fighter pad style controllers
A remote control for VCD/MP3 Playback mode (this feature is implemented in the system)
A 'PS LCD Monitor Electronic Adapter' w/ US plug, Input 110-220V, Output 12V
A Car adapter for long road trips

For the moment it seems very unlikely that we’ll ever see the Treamcast in Europe, since the console violates several Sega copyrights or patents. However, it’s nice to see that even though Sega have officially abandoned the Dreamcast, some people are still devoted enough to continue developing it.

One little problem with it is the two fighter pad controllers. Those are nice for fighting games (like the Capcom ones), but they do NOT have analog sticks. You would have to supply your own controller for games that require the analog stick.

Your best bet to purchase one of these is to find someone in Hong Kong to import it for you. I'm sure that someone gracing these forums lives in Hong Kong (or knows someone who does) and wants to make a quick buck importing these. The responce to this article should be evidence enough.
