I have to admit that I am really liking this show. It's quirky and funny as hell, imo. Eddie (Mark Valley) and his partner, Monty (Julian Rhind-Tutt) at Scotland Yard play off each other well, but the interaction between Eddie and his blonde roommate, Fiona (Sienna Miller) is classic. I love Sienna Miller now, too.
This show is goofey and great at the same time. I hope others enjoy it, too.

The "quirkiness" of some shots bothered me at first, but after a while that feeling went away.
Mark & Julian are cool. Fiona is [and so was that brunette that tongued the spoon of tapioca ].
I'm sure it'll be cancelled soon for a special "extended" Paradise Hotel*.. -- lord knows he's not gonna get a chance to fill up that map -- that's FOR sure..
Guess i'll have to go back and watch last week's ep now..

Odd how they never once used the word "sperm". Is that a no-no word?
I'm predicting that it'll be the Tuesday edition of "Anything for Love". America will love having idiots exploited for ratings love.
I don't know how well the show has done in ratings, but I doubt it's spectacular.
Just like "American Embassy". *sigh*

I only got through half of it on my ReplayTV before I needed to go to bed, but I liked the line from Pipin, which he said something to the effect of "You two are going to have beautiful children." referring to the sparks between Eddie and Fiona.
Me mesmerized by Sienna Miller (Fiona).

Sienna Miller. I call dibs!
Although I share the pessimism about this show's fate. It is really a lot of fun. I spit Coke when Fiona's boyfriend was passing out the tapioca and said she didn't like it because of the texture. And then the female friend motioned the boyfriend to put the pudding in her mouth and turned Fiona and said "It's an acquired taste darling" or something like that. Considering the nature of the caper that is the main plot of this episode, it was a great double entendre.

Well, I guess I can keep my fingers crossed that it might last a few more weeks. This would be the perfect show for FX if it does get dropped from the big network.

Man that is too bad. I wish they would do what they did with 24 and repeat it on FX. It might build an audience if they gave it a chance. It's too bad, reality TV will keep this from coming back. Just one more reason to hate the genre.

I enjoyed the first episode, but I didn't think it was anything spectacular. This episode, however, was even better and very entertaining. The misdirection on the sperm with the soap bubbles and the tapioca was priceless. In fact the whole tapioca scene with the double entendres was great stuff. It's lifespan is likely only another week or two, but I'll enjoy it while it's there.

I was waiting for the inevitable scene where someone mistakenly drinks the seed, or uses it for their coffee, or something similar. Thankfully, it didn't happen. As far as I am concerned, that is reason enough to give this show a chance...
