Cinestore - What's going on?
Thought i'd get a better response here rather than in the 'store forum'.
Have placed a couple of orders recently for DVD's that were to be released in France on the 5th June and these are still being listed as pre-orders yet i know they have been released recently.
I've placed a few orders with Cinestore before and have found that they usually despatch items fairly rapidly on release and update their site regularly...and as you pay immediately upon ordering i am naturally concerned as to what if anything is going on?
Any help greatly appreciated before i resort to e-mailing them and putting my somewhat limited knowledge of french to use.

I have heard from a friend that has used Cinestore that their customer service scales new heights in rudeness and incompetence. Good luck to you...

I got a weird e-mail from them about a week ago... Lemme check it real quick.
"Soldes Monstres!" is what it said, whatever that means. Looks like they might be back in business.

There's a huge sale on their shop. Lots of titles are already sold out and are now listed with their normal catalog prices. But there are still quite a few titles that are on sale...

jonathan: I recently sent an email to Cinestore about my order from about a month ago and this morning I got the same email as you in French. I pretty much figured out what it said. Then later today I got my Educating Rita.
