Saw this article about the new Harry Potter book. Is this book not the most surefire hit ever? It has remained on bestseller lists since preorders began. Why spend that much money promoting it? Do they really think they are going to convince someone who wasn't going to buy it already to go ahead and pick it up? They said, "There's a lot of noise in the world and you have to do everything you can to get attention, especially after a three-year wait." Yeah, whatever. I don't know why this even bothers me, it just seems stupid.
