Free movies on the web?
Hi!
Anybody know any legitimate (not pirated) places on the web where free shorts or movies can be downloaded? For example - at bmwfilms.com there are several QuickTime movies which can be either viewed online or downloaded and viewed at your convenience. In addition, at the bmwfilms.com site you have an option to order the films on DVD for $7.95.
Are there any more that anybody knows about?

You can download a few segments from the animatrix for free at the official website. THEMATRIX.COM you can't get it all LEGALLY without buying the dvd next week but it is all on the net... officially only about 4 were released for free.

There was a website with lots of (older) public domain titles, but I can't find it in my bookmarks.
