Need to contact someone w/good knowledge of hits albums/legal rights/music industry

I have a pretty serious situation with regard to a hits album/legal rights and need someone who knows a lot about those and the music industry. Please email me [email protected]

Thanks!

Could you elaborate a bit?

I may be able to help or at least point you in the right direction.

I'm just shooting blindly here, but I would imagine if a song has been released by a label (large or small, corporate or indie) the artist's contract would state whether the label can license any tracks for compilations, soundtracks, etc.

Jason, dunno. I came in contact with great compilation sets for various genres (50s, etc) for a very cheap price.

Is it possible for overstock CDs to exist and to have a very cheap price or would it be more likely just pirated stuff?
