MTV's Surf Girls (or Blue Crush II)
Surf Girls
Anyone watching this? I think it's on its second week. It's rather interesting. More In God's Hands than Blue Crush. Think Tough Enough for Team Roxy.
Growing up in Hawaii, the first thing I'm always asked, "Do you surf?" It's a big thing. Personally, I'm a skin diver and boogie boarder. But I knew a lot of people that were surfers, a handful were Roxy gurls.
Looks like they are picking a short boarder and a long boarder.
Here are the girls...
Sorta perfect summer programming. Some girls have been eliminated already.

I laughed when I first saw the commercial for this show. But my love of watching surfing took over so I tuned in. Believe it or not, the show's pretty cool. They don't show the girls surfing enough though. But, seeing a hot chick vacuum with a bikini on has it upside.

So I've been watching this show, mainly since my sister's hooked on it. This may be an MTV thing but... what's the schedule for this show? I have TIVO set to record it, and it records tons of episodes, but also tons of repeats. And the repeats don't even seem to be in any order... it must've recorded the same episode five times already... When do the new episodes come on?

Aimee was by far the hottest, I was a little disappointed when she left for family reasons. I heard she'll be back on later for some reason. Surfing has gotten a pretty big upsurge lately with Blue Crush, Surf Girls, and WB's North Shore. I think Surf Girls is definitely the best out of the three though.

I personally think North Shore is the best... it's got the best surfing, and great personalities. What it doesn't have is any sort of contest or cohesion to the group...
