The Man Show returns in August with new hosts
During a re-run of the Man Show last night, Comedy Central ran a promo saying that the Man Show has NOT been cancelled and would return in August with new episodes and new hosts.
The question begs, who could possiblely host the Man Show besides Adam and Jimmy?
I think one guy who who would make a good host of the Man Show would be Artie Lange from Howard Stern. He fits the mold.
If anyone knows anything please pass it along.

It's Official!
Joe Rogan And Doug Stanhope Signed To Take Over As Hosts Of
COMEDY CENTRAL's "The Man Show".
I have no clue who Doug Stanhope is, but then again, I don't watch the Man Show. It's a win-win situation.

I'll give it a chance. I didn't watch The Man Show religiously but if I caught it while surfing I'd keep in on. Rogan seems like he could be pretty funny if let loose. Don't know anythign about the other guy, but who knows? Besides, as creators won't Kimmel and Carolla still have some sort of input? I know they won't be day-to-day, but I'd have to believe they ok'ed this move.

I looked at Doug Stanhope's home page and he is one sick bastard. I won't even link to it from this forum, but you can google it easy enough. I wouldn't suggest going to his site from any work computer.

Am I the only one who thinks that Joe Rogan does not fit the part.
He's a "Sugar Bear" (a Guy that wears the tight shirts at the clubs)
Addam and Jimmy were funny because they were "normal guys." They were over weight, and kind of goofy...
What does everyone think?

Doug Stanhope is a pretty funny guy - he has been on Stern a number of times.
I do agree about Joe Rogan - he isn't exactly a normal guy like Adam and Jimmy. Joe will be probably be banging half of the Juggies.

Adam has stated many times that he did not want to do the show w/o Jimmy.

If you listen to Joe when he's on Howard (or was he on O&A a lot, I forget), the dude definitely has issues. Whenever he left the studio after an interview, it was always commented upon.
I'm pretty sure it's not an act. He's filled with rage, almost a 'roid rage; like about to jump out of the chair and go after people. Pretty scary, actually.
I can't see it being the same show at all......

yeah he's on Howard some times... Howard likes him - I can care less..
But he dosen't relate to me or my friends. Your right he's full of rage, I think he must pull chicks (so he will be banging the juggies).
Now Artie Lang and Ed O'neal would be the best pair!!

I liked Joe Rogan on Newsradio, and that's about the only thing I have ever liked him on. That guy just seems to have huge issues.

Joe Rogan and Doug Stanhope?? Oh good lord!!
This has got me wanting Jimmy Kimmel live to get the axe and have Adam and Jimmy come crawling back to Comedy Central.
