Isn't it still scheduled for xbox as well? I know the trailer didn't list it, but I thought it was announced for xbox a while ago.

Looks like Sam and Max will be PC only, but the Full Throttle sequel will be PC, PS2 and X-Box.
At least according to the press releases on lucasarts website.

You guys have no idea how good I feel that good old LucasArts is still churning out adventure games. I remember how back in the day Monkey Island 1 & 2, Sam & Max, Day Of The Tentacle, The Dig, Full Throttle etc. were the coolest things in the world. LucasArts has never made a bad adventure game in my opinion and each new one that comes out brings up a warm feeling of nostalghia and geeky excitement in me.
I must say that I'm a little worried about the transition to 3D, especially concerning Sam's new look (Max looks great though!). I would actually prefer the game to look more like the concept art available at the LucasArts web site. But this will be a must-have in any case.
BTW, isn't it curious that the first game was subtitled "Hit The Road" and this one simply "Freelance Police"? I would have expected something a bit more precise, but who cares.

Anyone else think it wont be good? Its in 3d, at the very least it should have been cell shaded. And the voice isnt n sync. and how the hell are they going to get an adventure type game in 3d?

Well, Escape From Monkey Island worked fine. The backgrounds will probably be 2D.
