which band should've been on the soundtrack...

Don't get me wrong, I' love what i've heard of the soundtrack so far, but i wish they could've got a Staind song on there. you know.

Yeah I'd go with NIN too. That Staind song blows, and...Dave Matthews????? Huh????? Neo listens to DMB? That choice makes absolutely no sense on a thematic level at all. But, of course, music compilations are rarely designed with thematic integrity in mind. But who knows.

The DMB song on the album is great. I think the mix makes it fit perfectly.

Paul Oakenfold did the remix for the DMB song. he's also got a great song called "zoo york" which is a reworking of the main theme from requiem for a dream.
