Like most of you, I consider myself something of a film afficionado, an expert on a wide-range of topics. (Yes, a smart ass know-it-all.) But there are some movie questions that I have that have never been answered... just like I'll bet there are questions that you all have that have gone unaddressed.

Let's post some REAL questions here, and see if anyone has a fairly definitive answert. Don't post any sappy questions like "does anybody have change for a dollar?"... or "when did Sly Stallone's career Jump The Shark?" Nothing lame.

Here's my question: In 1969, Paul Newman and Robert Redford joined forces for one of the greatest movies of all time, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Four years later, they teamed up again for another all-time classic movie, The Sting. And since that time, they have never appeared together in any film.

What gives? Did they get in a big fight? Was it an ego thing? Does anybody know what really happened?
