Red Hot Chili Peppers/Queens

Just saw the RHCP and Queens of the Stone Age in Minneapolis. Damn good show, both bands sounded great. Chili Peppers mostly played their new stuff but a few classics came out.

The Queens played an extended version of No One Knows that was nothing short of amazing.

I don't remember all of it but I'll give it a shot.

In no particular order:

Under the Bridge
Give it Away
Californication
By the Way
Throw away your TV
Scar Tissue
Can't Stop
The Zephyr Song
This Is the Place
Fire
Don't forget me
On Mercury
+ more

They didn't play anything from One Hot Minute.

I have 7th row center seats to see them (and Snoop Dogg) June 5th so I can't wait. They didn't play anything from One Hot Minute in 2000 when I saw them.

Warped is great tune. They should at least play 1 or 2 from OHM.

DAMMIT...why aren't they playing in California with Queens(or even alone)....

FYI...RHCP dont play anything from One Hot Minute or anything before Mother's Milk in concert...Frusciante didn't want to play anything from when he wasn't in the band...the band all agreed

That's weak. Maybe if you weren't a heroin freak, you would have been around during One Hot Minute. Pretty selfish if you ask me.

well, true for OHM, but not true for pre-MM...

on the californication tour they played Skinny Sweaty Man, Subterranean Homesick Blues, Blackeyed Blonde, and Me And My Friends... and while i haven't seen any recent setlists, i find it REALLY hard to believe they don't play Me And My Friends anymore...
