No, neither DVD (Matrix or Matrix: Revisted) had deleted scenes.

The DVDs didn't have any, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I refuse to belive that they didn't cut a single damn thing.

Check out IMDB. I would if I wasn't so lazy, but I'm sure they will have listed deleted scenes.
