Kung Fu Chaos @ EB $29.99
Title says it all, Kung Fu Chaos - $29.99. Found it online but should be good in store as well.
EDIT: EB has it in store for $29.99 ($26.99 PR). GameStop has it for $29.99 in-store as well (not online as of yet). Another one of my local game shops has it marked down to $29.99 as well, so it looks to me like it's an across-the-board price drop by MS, not a temporary one.

where online? ebgames.com lists it at 49.99 with a used copy for $26.99.
