Baseball Games w/ On-line play?

Do any of the new games for x-box or PS2 offer on-line play?

WSB 2K3
MVP 2004
ASB 2004
High Heat
Inside Pitch

Thanks!

the only one that supports online play is Inside Pitch, which hasn't been released yet. High Heat and ASB 2004 support downloadable rosters on the XBox, but no online play.

ASB supports roster updates, but they are worthless.

Thanks guys, I wonder what the hang-up with on-line play is. I thought it would be pretty easy being that they can do football, basketball, and racing on-line. Oh well!

It never worked right on the Dreamcast if I remember right. Pitches were jumpy and things were not very smooth on both sides of the game. Apparently ASB 2004 was going to be online, but they couldn't get around these problems either.

Yeah darkside it correct. I remembered reading about the latency being a problem with the pitch location and the location of the hitting cursor. It makes me wonder if Inside Pitch is going to have a playable online mode, rather than one that's there but doesn't work properly. The one thing it does have going for it in this regard is that it doesn't use a cursor for pitching or hitting. We'll have to wait and see.
