I didnt know if this should go in the TV forum or the Movie forum, because it deals with both...but since Im already in the TV forum, Ill just post here.
But anyways, we all know that Sarah Michelle Gellar played Kathryn Merteuil in Cruel Intentions.
In Cruel Intentions 2 Kathryn was played by Amy Adams.
What's funny is, Amy Adams played "Beth Maclay" (Tara's Sister) on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. (episode 5.6)
I dunno, I just found that interesting...I was watching that episode and thought, WOW that looks so much like Kathryn From CI2, so I looked on IMDB and sho 'nuff, it was a match.

There are a lot of connections between current members and/or past members of the Buffy cast.
Here's a few off the top of my head:
Seth Green and Amber Benson were both in Can't Hardly Wait.
Seth Green and Alyson Hannigan were both in My Stepmother is an Alien.
SMG and Michelle Trachtenberg were both on All My Children at the same time.
Seth Green was also supposed to be in the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie, but his scenes were cut.
Danny Strong and Marc Blucas were both in Pleasantville.
Marc Blucas and Eliza Dushku were both in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
I am sure there are many more.

SMG and Seth Green did a commercial or two together back when they were kids (but I don't remember what the product was) and SMG had thick, black eyebrows. Ick.

Eliza Dushku (Faith) was in "Bring it On" and so was Clare Kramer (Glory.)
Also, Eliza co-starred with Kirsten Dunst, who played a vampire in "Interview with the Vampire."

Eliza Dushku, Amber Benson, and Lindsay Crouse were all in Bye Bye Love.
I used to have this rule regarding cast regulars on Buffy. If two or more cast members appeared in the same film, it couldn't suck. Of course, then I found out Seth Green and Alyson Hannigan costarred in My Stepmother is an Alien. Oh well, every rule has an exception.

I didnt know about that "My Stepmother is an Alien" I think I saw that movie waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in highschool or something...that was long before I knew who Seth Green or Alyson Hannigan was. If that is the movie with Kim Bassinger in it...I've seen it...it did not leave an impression on me 'cause I dont remember anything about it. If it had been at least decent, I probably would have remembered it
