I saw a movie waaaaaay back when...I am pretty sure it was early 80's (could have been late 70's but im 87.9% sure it was early 80's) I saw it in 85 so it had to be older than 1985, anyways,

It was a Horror/Comedy, I say that because it was about zombies, but I think it was intentionally funny...it was about these people being turned into zombies, and when they were turned all they could say is "what difference does it make?"

Has anybody else seen this movie or know what its called?

That would've been my first guess, but he said before 1985 so I went with Night of the Comet.

I don't get it, you saw it in '85 so it has to be older than '85? So if I saw Citizen Kane in 1990 that means it was made in 1990?

Anyway, sounds like Return of the Living Dead Part 2

Thanks keyed!!!

Im 100% sure thats the one, I read the description on the IMDB, and it mentioned a lighthouse, and stuff, and I remember that being part of the movie.

and upon reading the Amazon.com reviews, the "what difference does it make?" quote was used!

This place is great!!!!

I remember it had to be older than 1985 because I saw it on a movie channel in 85.

thanks, thats been bugging me for a long time trying to figure out what that movie was, and its out on DVD!?!? WOW

Yes, Hysterical is the movie you're looking for. One of my favorite comedies from the 80's. I had no idea it had been released on DVD at all!

Um, no. The logic follows if you compare it correctly...
"I don't get it, you saw it in '85 so it has to be older than '85? So if I saw Citizen Kane in 1990 that means it was made in 1990?"
A faulty comparison...

"I don't get it, you saw it in '85 so it has to be older than '85? So if I saw Citizen Kane in 1990 that means it was made before 1990?"
The correct comparison.
