This documentary climaxes with a 34 min presentation of the 'lost' footage shot by Bruce Lee originally for Game of Death. Bruce Lee's original screenplay and notes were also found, enabling the footage to be put together how lee intended. Sure the whole film isn't complete but this section was. It shows two other fighters fighting their way up the pagoda with Bruce. The fight footage is just awesome ! the fight with Dan Inosanto is fully restored

an absolute must see for any Bruce Lee fan

I believe it is available on DVD

Also of interest is the English HKL Game of Death dvd which also has the lost footage re edited into the movie i believe (i don't have the disc yet)

I've seen this Doc on AMC and it is EXCELLENT.

What is the story w/ game of death? I've never seen it, only the restored finale in this doc. Is the current DVD of Game of Death still the shortened version. Is the HK Legends disc refered to above the only version w/ the restored footage added back in.

Why was Game of Death cut to begin with? Why would you cut fighting out of a Bruce Lee movie?

The original version of Game of Death is truly a mess and a torture to sit through. The story, the acting and the editing are
horrible. In watching the movie, one can clearly see that the producers were only concerned with profiting from Lee's death. Also, the fight scenes are only snippets of what you get with A Warrior's Journey.
