80's movie about maybe 4 guys in west berlin who get the idea that it might be fun to try to get into east berlin by sneaking across the wall. then they either all get caught or one or two do and the rest have to come back and free them or something like that?

i am pretty sure i saw this movie way back when but the above is all i can remember so if any one can name the movie can you also tell me if it was any good?

thanks for the try pants, but Gotcha! isn't it. i can't recall much more than i already have. they were americans, maybe visiting or studying and noticed how many people would risk life and limb to escape from east berlin and thought it would quite funny and sporting to do the opposite.
