He should make a "movie."

I'd be more than happy to run the "shoe store" in his absence too.

Frankie, absolutely. She's smart, lovable, sexy, and romantic. Carol has very low self-esteem and loves being treated like crap. She's damaged goods.

Honk!

so sad. 1/6 of the votes went to the imaginary person who isn't on the show. and frankie only got one vote more.

edit: this math was correct when posted.

Frankie all the way. Carol's just not stable enough for a relationship. She needs to go do one of those things where she's not in a relationship for a long time, and just gets a handle on herself.

Not that I think Ed'll listen to me.

From the choices, I voted for Carol. However, I think that he should end up with Molly eventually...

Carol Vecsey. Anyone who can look that hot in a suit of armor easily gets my vote.

Bonnie?

He should choose Carol. Frankie is too much like Shirley for my tastes. The lips don't stop flapping. So you might like that in a woman.

I do not see Ed being happy with either of them so I voted Bonnie. Carol is messed up mentally and I don't think Frankie will be back next season so I just want Ed to be happy and not choose Carol or Frankie.

Don't forget about Jennifer (Kelly Ripa). To me, she is the one who has the most similar personality as Ed...

Right - I should have included her as well.

I think the writers went/are going out of their way to make her annoying... otherwise, if Frankie is still "cool Frankie" when Ed ditches her to be with Carol (which is what I'm betting will happen), fans are going to be ticked at Ed. Yes, I know they're all not real, but people still have an emotional investment in them.

I know the job of the writers is to manipulate the characters of the show, but I feel like Frankie was manipulated to be "cool Frankie," and then her character totally changed to be "uncool Frankie" like she is now. The change in her character is totally out of left field and feels unnatural to me... I feel like the writers overdid it, or at least compressed the change. If there had been a slower change in her personality or their relationship, then it would feel more natural, but I just feel like I'm seeing the work of "the man behind the curtain," rather than watching fictional characters act believably.

Thanks for the reminder. Goes to show you I haven't watched in months. Even when it was Carol v. Bonnie, I was rooting for Carol.
