What is this show it involves a puppet dragon
The show was at a newspaper office and there was a guy with a giant puppet that was a dragon. See this guys hobbie was a vantriloquiest. But in reality the dragon was alive. Its was really cute and helerious because the dragon would make fun of everything. It was aired the same day as fish police, and nightmare cafe.
