Curious New England: The Unconventional Traveler's Guide to Eccentric Destinations
Anyone pick this up yet?
I imagine that most have not, however I'm looking forward to it as I'm a huge fan of Joeseph Citro.
However, I would love it if he would write some more fiction books. His last 5 books have been about New England/Vermont history of the unusual sense. Ghost stories, tales, supernatural, and other fun stuff like that.
If you enjoy Stephen King, then I would recommend Citro. He has often been hailed as VT's own Stephen King.
Here is a list of his books if interested.
Fiction
The Unseen ( now available as The Gore)
Dark Twilight (now available as Lake Monsters)
Shadow Child
Guardian Angles (sequal, sort of, to Shadow Child)
Deus- X (released way before the video game in 1994)
Non-fiction
Green Mountain Ghouls, Ghosts and Unsolved Mysteries
Passing Strange
Green Mountains, Dark Tales
The Vermont Ghost Guide (pocket handbook)
I had posted a thread about Citro when the book forum first was born, but that was a long time ago and wanted to try and introduce him to some new folks.
