hehe all for some free swag. It's so much easier to get that stuff if you join real street teams. I can't count how much crap they sent me and my girlfriend for the countless street teams we were on. Not to mention the fact that it's so much easier to get free tickets, meet the band, get backstage and hang out, etc.
Song sounds ok....

i got to see Staind in a small club in montreal before they released that song with durst, and i was really impressed. he was very intense and standing in one place looking at the floor, and it blew me away. the guitarist is also one of the most energetic and fun to watch live guitarists i've seen in years.
staind is not grunge either, not even close.

Hmmm...I like Staind a lot (especially "Break The Cycle" was genius, IMO), still - this song doesn't really thrill me enough (yet).
Curious to hear the entire album, though.
Plus, it's still WAY better than what you can listen to here:

I thought that "Break the Cycle" was one of the best albums of that year and it is one of the only albums I purchased that year. The single sounds great and I can't wait for the album to be released.

Aaron Lewis still makes music?
It's Been Awhile since I had a hit.
I hope this is not a cry for help since most of his lyrics dealt with depression.

Sounds coming from the audience were not music to singer Aaron Lewis' ears. The former Staind frontman, visibly frustrated with the crowd at Saturday's show at the Criterion in Oklahoma City, directed them to "shut the (expletive) up," as can be seen in NSFW footage uploaded to YouTube."Listen, I’m (expletive) good," Lewis, 46, warned. "I don’t have to do this."
Per
the venue's website, the evening was sold out, with tickets ranging from $33-$168."Listen if you don't shut the (expletive) up, you can't even hear the guitar, so shut up," he said. "I've got three more (expletive) minutes, three. Can you please, for once? "Through the whole (expletive) evening, you guys have talked all (expletive) night," he added. "Shut the (expletive) up or I'm done." After he began strumming the guitar he continued to vent. "It's so (expletive) ironic that this (expletive) song is a thank you," he said, shaking his head. "And I can't get you to shut the (expletive) up to hear it."He began performing "Intro," but didn't make it very far."Thank you to the people in my life for putting up with me," he sang before taking off his guitar. He tossed a red cup into the audience and walked off stage.
Last month, Lewisalso voiced complaints about a noisy venue, asking the Texas audience to be like "(expletive) church."
Yahoo and The Monitor, a local news source covering McAllen, Texas, report a person in the audience suggested Lewis make his plea in Spanish. Lewis can be seen on video responding: “I’m sorry, I don’t know how to speak Spanish. I’m American.”USA TODAY has reached out to Lewis' representatives for comment.

I liked Dysfunction, but never really got into anything else from them at all. As far as Lewis' solo career, I didn't try. However, I do still see him popping up in the news, generally with his little hissy fits at concerts because people aren't being quiet. It's a concert, people are there to see you and have fun. Getting them quiet is going to be really hard to do. I'm sure swearing at them is going to work.
