Rudy: The Rudy Giuliani Story on the USA Network

USA Network is running its Rudy Giuliani movie on March 30th. Just thought I'd kick off a discussion if anyone was planning on watching it.

Cinema Gotham: Rudy - The Rudy Giuliani Story

Love at Times SquareRudy Giuliani was crowned Time's Man of the Year after his response to September 11th and has been a big hit across the country, whether campaigning for local candidates or selling his book. But was his reign always roses and cuddles or were his eight years as mayor of New York City more complex than that? href="http://www.dvdtalk.com/cinemagotham/archives/001232.html"><b Cinema Gotham takes a look at the USA Network's new TV movie, Rudy. Read Cinema Gotham's look at Rudy and discuss this show and other's in DVD Talk TV Talk Forum Area

That was when he had sense. If he played that part now, he'd probably try to play him as a hero.

Jimmy's lost it, alas.

Won't this be the first movie that deals with the 9-11 attack? I can't see the movie being complete without it since that is Rudy's finest moment.

it does indeed deal with 9/11, including much documentary footage. Read the article if you're curious.

For the record, Spike Lee's 25th hour also dealt with 9/11, although the aftermath, not the actual event.
