Help! with a movie title.

I need help with a movie title of a film that came out in the mid-to-late 80s. The story revolved around the lives of the employees of a hotel in Great Britain. I don't remember who was in it, possible no big names. But I remember one scene vividly: a group of the female employees dancing and singing along to Helen Shapiro's "Walking Back to Happiness" (I think it was Helen Shapiro who had a hit with that song.). Of course I don't know if it's on DVD because I can't think of the title.

Any help will be appreciated.

Nope, that's not it. I wish I could remember more of the movie. It's been a long time since I've seen it but it's one of those that's just stuck in my head.

Sounds an awful lot like Experience Preferred...but Not Essential (1983).
