Gameboy SP Ad and my new wallpaper

Only a few weeks to go. The way they portray the GBA SP in the ads and marketing makes me more comfortable playing this thing on the way to work in the carpool.

Game on.

Nintendo is for kids. Someone should sue Nintendo over that ad.

If they wanted to be realistic, they should have shown a 35-year-old fat guy in bed with a blow up dummy.

I could pose for that one ...

besides I'd think she would catch an elbow or two, at least if playing Metroid Fusion. Its a wonder I didn't shake my GBA apart on that game...

It's a much better lighting scheme. No need to purchase after-market lighting to be able to play your GBA without attaching a lamp to your skull.

Here's an ad from the original GBA, funny it doesn't have the same persuasive powers as these ones do. It's a guy sitting in bed with the lights off playing his GBA (tough to see unless you squint).

"Don't worry, you can't see the screen anyway, the games are really dark because the programmers didn't get the actual screen in their dev kit, sorry about that"

I would think they would want to downplay the fact that it looks like a make-up compact.

Where'd you get these ads from?

I visited the Nintendo Europe site but couldn't find the links. I'd like that top ad but in larger 1024x768

SOMEONE PLEASE POST THE FULL LARGER RES IMAGES, THANKS

The ad should read, "You won't go blind playing with it."
