Tribes Aerial Assault
anyone play this? i got it today for 19 bucks at best buy and its not even a greatest hit. gamestop is elling them new for 50 and used for 47 and it got one for only 19 bucks. i rented it before and played it online my name is hedgecore now that i own it ill be online alot so if ya see hedgecore it is me too bad you cant chat on tribes online on ps2.

I had it for a day and then exchanged it. With no way to communicate it's absolute chaos. If it supported the SOCOM headset it would be an amazing game. Without it no one works together. There were times when I'd get a transport and people wouldn't even get on it even if I was right next to them. With no way to communicate anything other than "Yea" or "Shazbot!" the game just didn't do it for me.

Tribes 2 on a PC is one of the single finest games I have ever played (and still do). Porting it to a console may not have been a good idea. But I agree, teamwork is essential to winning. Heck, even with full chat features in the PC version it's hard to get teammates to cooperate.
