Que lastima por la gente que solo habla inlges o espanol en los estados unidos, ... mais no parle, tres bien, le francais, ... or something like that!
You think the French would want to, at least, interest the Loseyphiles in Great Britain to purchase their discs by offering sous-titres in anglo saxon. Oh well...
cheers, Tony Block

...it's probably a simple question of 'distribution rights'... (and, by the way, apparently you haven't noticed that made-in-the-UK DVDs of made-in-the-UK movies* [?almost?] never have French - or German, Italian, Spanish - subs...!?!...)
(*e.g.The House Of Mirth, The League Of Gentlemen, The Life And Death Of Colonel Blimp, Ice Cold In Alex, A Canterbury Tale, A Tale Of Two Cities, In Which We Serve, Tube Tales, CARRY ON movies... to name but a few...)

You think the Brits would want to interest the Anglophiles in Europe to purchase their discs by offering, at a minimum, removable sous-titres en francais ou allemagne. Of course, he he he, everybody speaks English nowadays!

What's interesting is Studio Canal deciding to go with the English title as opposed to 'Monsieur Klein'... Granted the film was widely known as 'Mr.' but I've found many many references to the French title. Oy Vey
