Anyone feel like slapping Frank around after all his whining about financial paperwork?
Joe looked so sad in the scenes with Jess.
Note to self: Don't piss off the Armenians mobsters.

I really liked this episode.
They seem to have struck a nice balance between the older style cop show and newer, more "honest" and graphic cop shows. Ed O'Neil is really good as Joe Friday. I liked how he handled his scenes with Jessie - very restrained (as compared to, say, the cops from The Shield). The whole Armenian thing was handled very well - they had no clue who it was until the autopsy, then it was clear.
I'm really enjoying this new version of Dragnet - I hope that ABC keeps it around for a few years....

I thought it was good. I thought it was an interesting case, in particular with the mob tie in. I figured as soon as Friday said it was over he was going to have the moment where he figures everything out a few seconds later.

I liked the last two episodes much better than the first one, although last weeks about the Bum Fights was a bit lacking. I really don't like Ethan Embry's character in this iteration though...
