Having trouble with the NOLF2 demo
I downloaded this thing last night, and tried playing it... at the beginning of the first demo level, everything seems okay, but once I go through the door into the little village, it gets pretty slow, like 5 fps... I downloaded the newest detonator drivers to see if that helped, but it didnt... and after a short while, the screen went blank and the demo locked up.
My specs are
Asus A7N266-VM motherboard using the onboard audio
AthlonXP 1700+ CPU
256 megs PC2100 DDR RAM
GeForce 2 GTS (32 meg)
I realize the GeForce 2 is an old card, but i've heard from other people that it should run okay on this card. I should also note that even in low detail, 640x480, it's still slow.
I installed Return to Wolfenstein, and I didnt play for very long, but it seemed to run smoothly... I should let it run for a bit to see if it crashes too.

This won't help you, but I had no problems running Nolf2 (full version) on my pc, (Dell P4 1600; 64 Meg Geforce2 MX; 640 Megs Pc2100 DDR Ram) So, pretty close to your system, overall. Maybe it is an issue with the demo?

No, it was because I hadnt installed my motherboard drivers... decided to put in the CD and install the rest of the stuff on it. The demo runs really well now. I'll play it through later.
