Wouldn't it be cool.....

if game consoles had MULTIPLE video outs? So you could say... play Tony Hawk on your game cube, but instead of split screen you have it output to 2 TVs? I know xbox you can hook multiple xboxes together... blah. but i think it would be awesome if it just had 2 video outs on the back.

then the cost would be more for a system... and what if someone had 3 tvs... and 5 controllers.... the companies build a system for the system that the majority of consumers have.

2 video outs would also require 2 video processors, assuming that you are wanting the 2 outputs to display different data. And that my friends, is a Bozo no-no.

Microsoft was developing an adapter like this which would have worked on xbox but was scrapped for some reason.
