Ok, episode. I guess all we can expect now anyway.
Great to see Susie Plakson back in the Trek universe. That makes an Andorian, a Vulcan, and a Klingon.
I was disappointed we didn't get to see
in the preview.
Edited to add: forgot Susie also played a female Q on Voyager. She's making the rounds of alien species.

Too bad our own quarrels can't be solved so easily as the previews suggested "a timely episode".
Very predictable. Pretty good episode for Enterprise though.
I like Jeffrey Combs but he played the same exact character that he did in DS9.

Tonight's episode was really good, as all of the Andorian episodes have been, and is continuing to build up to the eventual foundation of the Federation.
I thought it was a nice touch to have the toast at the end between the 3 main founders of the Federation.

I thought "Cease Fire" was a pretty good episode.....I'm also one of the few "Enterprise" fans that likes just about all the episodes in the series.
My only complaint is that most episodes are extremely predictable.

This is the first one I've watched in a while. Pretty good, but completely predictable. The Andorians are easily the coolest species on the show.

The world must be about to end: I liked this one.
I do have a coupla complaints. (Big surprise!)
Weapons signatures. Archer figured that out using his tricorder implant.
I was irritated during the scene when Archer was getting his radiation bombardment. They kept switching back and forth, and the voice was first live, then via intercom, and back. Over and over. I’m sure the director was having fun showing us how he could keep the sound tracks consistent with the source. But it was distracting.
I think Soval seemed a bit subdued. Obviously his meds are working…
“Female Andorian”? Couldn’t even give her a name?

They kept mentioning over and over how the Vulcans lie and use deception.
Of course, last week was the hush-hush about mind-melds.
The Vulcans sure do evolve an awful lot in about a hundred years.
Maybe the conflict with the Andorians ends in such a way to make a fundamental shift in Vulcan philosophy?

Anytime Jeffery Combs is on Enterprise it's a good day. Suffice to say the fact that he has to be in an episode to get any kind of positive reaction from us says volumes...
I didn't know that the Andorians were one of the founders of the Federation. That's interesting.

Was Soval in any other Star trek series or episodes?

but that makes four...
How did one of the founding members of the federation skip over ten movies and three different shows?

Very cool map. But, here's a question: If Enterprise is "heading out into the stars" that Romulan ship from a few episodes back sure was well within future UFP space. Or did they double-back big time to take care of this episode's Andorian/Vulcan incident? Even at the speed they talked about in here, it should of taken a lot longer to get there, no?
