ENTERPRISE renewed for a 3rd season

They said the same thing last year, but I'll give it a 32nd chance if only because I have a friend on the cast and want him/her to find success. I'm sure it will still suck though and share Chew9's fear: they'll probably just sex it up, or maybe they can get The Rock on an episode. The clear solution (ditch B&B) will likely never happen.

You know something is wrong when even I cant watch a trek show. I mean i watched all of voyager without leaving. First season of enterprise was fine but season two except for a few episodes has been total garbage

You know....I would like to say that I do find it highly depressing, and that badly performing Enterprise is being guaranteed a third season, while every other show on TV has to...oh, i don't know...actually work at getting and keeping their ratings and renewals. Here I am watching Alias, which has numbers that might get it canceled, and over there is Enterprise, with even worse numbers but is guaranteed infinite pick-ups...
Sigh.

I know alot of people might disagree, but in my humble opinion, UPN still hasn't recovered from the cancellation of Roswell.
Now before you say "Roswell's ratings weren't that good", I admit they weren't. I think that was more due to the fact that UPN isn't in as many cities as WB is. Crashdown.com, a Roswell site, even stated that many parts of Chicago, Los Angelos and St. Louis didn't get UPN on thier cable systems. Add the fact that Roswell was often shown in these cities at 4am or pre-empted for hockey or basketball. But I digress.....what Roswell brought to UPN was a horde of fanatical fans, and these fans bolstered alot of the ratings for other UPN programs. If you look at Buffy's ratings for this season those are off last years. And we all know what happened to Haunted.
