A better way to clean game discs?

I've been using those Maxelle wipes to clean game discs, but I have to tell ya it just seems like they only make things worse sometimes. Instead of cleaning the disc, it just smears the dirt across it leaving those "flat" scratches ( you know the ones you see when you tilt it in the light).

Does anyone have a better way to clean game discs?
