I'm just curious. I got a Malata a few months ago and there are a few film I would like to pick up. I see alot of studios in the US dropping prices after a dvd has been out for a while and was wondering if the same thing is done in other regions.

I've seen it happen in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, Holland, Italy and maybe one or two other places. I've never seen it happen with DVDs from France or Korea (or maybe just the titles that I'm interested in never seem to drop).

French title- L'Appartament(DTS) it used to be 19.99Euro....it is currently 12.99.

Price drops you could see all the time at cinestore.com or amason.fr.......however I do agree that many of the high-profile quality titles never drop significantly in price.
