pop-up ad cleaner?(forgot what it was)

what was that one program called? Ad-ware? regi-clean? i totally forgot. but it was a program that would clean up and take those annoying pop-up ads out.

these ads are the ones that do not pop up in the web browser, but more of a window by itself. it is a pop up that Analog X POW, can not close.

Though a bit outdated, it does a good job. Hopefully the newer, updated version will be out soon.
