Need some Suggestions - (2 parter) Latin Dance and Classical

This is a two part question:

First Part
I am just getting into Latin dance music and really like what I guess are the more popular singers/groups. Here is a list of artists and their songs and was wondering what else do you think I might like.

Christina Aguilera - Genio Atrapado (Genie in a Bottle), Ven Conmigo (Solamente Tu)
Kabah - Calle de las Sirenas, Casi Al Final, Vida Que Va (Heart in Distress), Te Necesito
Paulina Rubio - Enamorada, Si Tu Te Vas, Te Daria Mi Vida
Shakira - Ciega Sordomuda, Donde Estas Corazon, Estoy Aqui, Inevitable, Te Dejo Madrid
Thalia - A quien le importa, De Donde Soy, Regresa a mi, Salsa Mujer Latina, Tu Y Yo

Second Part
I really like slow haunting type of classical (I guess you could call it classical?). One of the songs from the Hannibal soundtrack, Vide Cor Meum, the theme to Schlinder's List (one of the most beautiful violin pieces I've heard before), and Alison Krauss/Yo-Yo Ma's Slumber My Darling, which I first heard on an episode of Alias. Any other suggestions along those lines (esp the Slumber)?

TIA!
