I've been curious about this too. Probably one of the best "country video girls" i've seen in a while. I did a google search and ventured to the CMT boards to discover she is:
Tiffany Fallon, Miss Georgia USA 2001.
Super hot. And also according to fans-with-way-too-much-time-on-their-hands at the CMT boards, She was a cheerleader for the Falcons, and she is dating Keith Brooking, a linebacker for the Falcons. Which kinda figures.

Funny -- Brooking did (and maybe still does) a weekly call-in segment with 96 Rock in Atlanta, and the guys always talked about his hot-ass girlfriend.
