CBS's new show "Queens Supreme" (01/10/03)
I missed the first 15 minutes, but caught the rest of it (decided to miss L&O:SVU tonight)...
First let me say that I've always liked Oliver Platt (I was ticked when they cancelled Deadline)... now that I've said that...
... eh, it was okay. I didn't really get into it all that much. Seems to me that its another 'courtroom' show that's trying to break the mold of being a 'courtroom' show. The people who sit on the bench of the L&O series would make better characters for a show like this (which is what I think they are trying to do).
Robert Loggia and Annabella Sciorra add to the cast, but Kristen Johnston as Platt's wife doesn't work for me (I still see her as an alien to this day, courtesy of a long running sitcom).
I don't see this show going on very long and doubt it'll get the momentum to make it to next season.
Did I mention that I like Oliver Platt?

I wanted to catch this because Annabella's in it, but I missed it.
That's not to say I don't like Oliver or Robert, cuz I do. I also wanted to check out Mr. Sterling, but part of me really doesn't want to get attached to yet another show that'll just be cancelled after three or four eps.
I know. I'm working on this problem. Perhaps I should just watch reality shows? THOSE never seem to get cancelled...
