Help is appreciated with the title of this movie (Spoiler of the movie of course :) )

A few years ago I stumbled onto a TV movie and it's about a mother who lost her child because of a toy string in his bed. Later the boy keeps coming back (or just the imagination of the mom) to help the mother who's an artist painter to paint a portrait of the boy… The mother kind of neglects the family after the tragedy.
