Gripe - I received a junk mail Christmas greeting from DVDSoon that irks me. The message was labeled "An Important Communication from DVDSoon.com" but contained only the following message:
Dear Customer,
As Christmas approaches, we wanted to take the time to wish you and your familly a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
Also, year 2002 has been a success, thanks to you. We appreciate your business and hope to continue to be your DVD supplier of choice in the future.
From everybody at DVDSoon.com...
Merry Christmas and happy New Year!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us by replying to this email.
I'd prefer if DVDSoon and other etailers would
(1) Provide accurate email subject lines such as "Holiday Greeting From DVDSoon" so I can better judge whether I'm interested in opening the email; and,
(2) Provide something more than a "Dear Customer, thanks for your business" - an after-Christmas sale discount coupon code at least.
