Taxi 2 HK problem?

I just recently purchased Taxi 2 from dddhouse and I noticed something wierd. During the whole movie, any time there is some action and a decent amount of movement on screen there is what seems to be wierd lines going horizontally across the screen...its kinda hard to explain but easy to spot.

It's called combing, I had the same problem with mines and funny thing is I got the dvd from dddhouse too. Shaolin Soccer also has this problem.

Same problem here. It's definately a problem with the mastering for the disc. The Korean DVD is much better, but about 4x as expensive. As a side note, the Korean DVD of the original TAXI is edited to remove a brief flash of nudity.

Well that sucks, wonder if all copies are like this. It is kinda distracting.
