We can all remember the actors/actresses who have played great characters in films - but is it so easy to remember the actor/actress by the mere mention of the character's name without mentioning the film the character was in?
There are the characters where the actor is sometimes typecast as, and can never shed. Such characters, when mentioned, overshadow the person's name who played him.
The #1 example of this is: Rocky Balboa. Whenever Sylvester Stallone walks down the street, you think they call out, "Yo! Sly!" Uh-uh, no. They call out, "Yo! Rocky!" Or, worse still, "Yo! Adrien!"
But a great character is never forgotten, even if we have forgotten the actor who played it.
